No levels – Only respect for each person’s journey
In my classes, you won’t find labels like “beginner” or “advanced.”
We don’t separate people based on how well they perform or how long they’ve been exercising.
Of course, this also helps with the flexibility of the schedule — but the real reason goes deeper:
My goal is to create a space where diversity isn’t an obstacle — it’s an opportunity.
Each person is different. With a different body, background, pace, potential, and needs.
So the “level of difficulty” is always personalized — not as a label, but as an approach.
The beginner learns to listen to their body and feel proud of every small step.
The more experienced continue to deepen their practice, build strength, and stay committed.
We’re not here to compete or to prove we’re better than someone else.
We’re all here for the same reason:
To improve our physical condition.
To feel stronger, more alive, more connected to our body.
No one is superior.
No one is less than.
The only measure we recognize is this:
How we were before we started. And how we are now.
What has changed in our body, our energy, our mood, our life.
The group becomes a mirror.
Not for comparison — but for connection.
To remind us how beautiful it is to grow, side by side, in our own unique ways.
